My over all practice philosophy is simple: look towards nature as a guide for the many health challenges we face. I understand that humans are as much a part of nature as all other species that roam the planet. When all the frogs in a pond suddenly start to get sick or die, we do not look at the frogs and wonder what suddenly went wrong with their genetics we automatically look towards the water their environment.
Humans are no different.
Our physical, chemical and emotional environments all have an impact on our state of well being. I believe that true health care is about teaching people how to guide the choices they make towards nature as closely as possible, given the modern lives we lead.
